Communication between the coaches, swimmers, and parents is critical to the success of your swimmer. 

The following guidelines have been established to ensure proper communication is enabled:
1. Each swimmer will have a “mailbox” or file on the Pool Deck.
2. Parents are asked to check that file nightly for information.
3. Files will contain meet information, specifics for volunteering and entry deadlines.
4. Parents are responsible for registering their child for all meets. No late entries will be accepted.
5. Sign up sheets for swim meets will be on this Website the Events Entry Tab.
6. E-mail and this Website will be used as a reminder for upcoming meetings and team news.
7. Team information can also be found in the Information tab of this Website.
